We just got a blizzard warning for tomorrow - we have plenty of food, etc. Busy day at work tomorrow so hopefully we don't lose power or something!
We got several inches of snow early in the morning on Christmas Eve and today a high-front rolled in bringing bright light to the snow-packed mountains - it is truly a winter wonderland. I hope that each of you has a relaxing, happy, healthy, and love-filled holiday season, no matter what you celebrate.
A former boss of mine passed away a few days ago, he was a good guy and I am thinking of his family and friends, the family of my cousins who lost my dear Aunt Barbara this year, and so many others who have loneliness in their hearts this holiday season - hug those loved ones and tell them how you feel, life is precious and short.
I used to be an active blogger, before blogging was a big thing, I also used to podcast before that took off, but work responsibilities, the concern for my professional brand and accidentally saying something that was no longer as politically correct or culturally sensitive as it used to be (I've been too busy to keep up) and the advent of social media, has silenced me for the most part - I will see if I can slowly work myself back into the habit of it, though, I fear that I have a lot less to say than I used to, the older and wiser I may get, the more I realize that I know nothing - but nonetheless, I'll at least use this Blog to keep friends and family members apprised of my life.
